Informative video. It is worth it to find natural ways because the more crap vets pump into your pets the more they get neurological problems and complete personality changes. Working in a dog boarding kennel, just in the past few years we have noticed unmistakable increases in seizures in dogs, and a huge increase in dog aggression and these dogs all seem to be coming in with more and more prescription meds for "anxiety" and behavior that really is just "being a dog." A lot of these drugs we pump into them are unnecessary and dangerous. All the dogs I have had were vaccinated but not over-vaccinated or treated with chemicals for fleas and they have lived into the high teens and two lived into the 20's. Dogs die faster these days of cancer and other diseases mostly due to crap food and over-drugging them.... just like humans.

I live in an apartment complex that doesn't spray for fleas and I mix a half bottle of apple cider vinegar and half bottle water together and spray it on my dog before taking her out, making sure to rub it down into her skin. I really kind of soak her in the morning when I first go out and then spritz her again lightly each time I take her out and it keeps the fleas off. She likes the taste of it and it's good for her so she licks it off sometimes. She's a poodle mix so I have to make sure it gets down to her skin. Every so often hopefully we'll get on her when I don't spray her good enough. Cheap natural spray. It works for me.

Also please clearly distinguish the difference btw using those sprays on dogs and on cats dogs might easily tolerate the scents like lemongrass or Christmas tree stuff better than cats cats are way more sensative

Vets best sucks I spent a ton of money on several different sprays. For the house as well as the home. My cat was sick for days I was afraid she was going to die..I feel like I betrayed her. She struggled when I was spraying her but kept at it I rationalized do going this thinking it was for her own good. The next day she still has fleas. It recommends saturating the cost so since so many different people on RUclips were saying was good and it works for them I sprayed her again she got so sick she's lethargic. I can't imagine why anybody would recommend this stuff okay even afterwards I was so like now well it's all these people keep saying you know it's like good stuff I got the stuff that the the spot treatment stuff right a total waste of money read the Amazon and other online review by real people . They must be paying people to say that it works. And you know if they're paying you then shame on you. I mean I also get the feeling because she's the kind of just glanced over it talk about how it smells good that maybe you can you know maybe they are paying you and you can rationalize it because you're not really raving about it you just kinda mention it and state you can spray it directly on your cat you don't say it'll kill fleas on.them or anyting just know it causes suffering and in some cases death ☠️

Unfortunately I can't because I read that it can draw carpenter bees. And I'm wondering if it's worth carpenter bees if it may draw ants also. Thank you for the tips. Actually I do have a question. do you know how long the wondercide takes to kill the adult fleas? Is it in instant kill or does it take a few hours or days to kill? I don't see how it could get rid of the fleas completely because of the eggs and large. it would be perfect if it had an insect growth regulator to stop the fleas from reproducing

Great video but two quick questions. I use diatomaceous earth outside all the time for ants and ticks. Willet diatomaceous earth kill the nematodes? Can I use both at the same time? Forgive me if this is a silly question but will using them lead to a nematode infestation? I'm worried about them getting into the house. Lol. But you said they Perry ground so that doesn't seem likely. I'll always try to think of everything and every possibility. How do you keep the cats from getting any of the diatomaceous earth in their eyes? My cat tends to rub her eyes with her paws a lot when she's grooming. Also I don't really know if Vets Best is good or bad. I read reviews some animals getting sick and dying from the peppermint oil because it is toxic to cats. Other people say it's fantastic and works great for getting rid of fleas. I have a cat so I really don't know I should try it or not. It could be very confusing when I read these mixed reviews. Do you know of a more natural monthly treatment other than advantage? I just started using it on my pad, but very concerned about any long-term effects. Great information! thank you so much!

I used unrifined coconut oil I warmed it up until it was liquid and rubbed it all over my dogs and cats and it killed fleas within seconds of putting it on next day I washed my pets and all the fleas were dead

I have had two gorgeous beloved German shepherds die from large tumors (belly & brain!)and finally got wise to the fact that the pesticide flea & tick chews probably caused them. So I’m determined to take care of my animals with all NATURAL NON TOXIC products

I've used DE for years and its got many good uses. That said, I decided to experiment, put a few teaspoons into a small jar, I put 10 live fleas into the jar and shook it up, the next day those fleas were as lively as ever, day 2 they still didn't seem to be dying. Lesson learned. I wish it was effective

Diatomaceous is very fine and dusty-spread it on your rug and it winds up on your ceiling fan blades. Supposedly doesn’t work for long in a humid climate. My advice if you discover you have a flea infestation-don’t waste any time-vacuum all the floors, especially the carpets, throughly and frequently the first two weeks, including the baseboards and in corners. Of course, use your vet’s recommendation for flea control for your pet. She knows what works best in your area of the country.

I had been fighting a skin problem on one of my dogs with natural products for 5 years. He finally did so much damage I took him to the vet. Was given Simparica 3/28 , by October he had his first seizure , lost the use of his rear legs, eyes were not registering and he was slamming himself into the wall and the legs of my work bench. It took 4 seizures and 6 months for him to go back to normal. I've fed him everything from kangaroo , fish and now we're on to pork. He gets a flea combing 3x a day with a slathering of sunflower oil. I bought food grade diatomaceous earth , yesterday! So I'm glad to hear you recommend it. Thanks for the information.

Frontline in those others are toxic to animals

All of the flea and tick prevention that you buy in the stores or the vet all have toxins in them if I were to make a video explaining how do use natural non-toxic ingredients I surely would not be saying that there are lots of good flea and tick products out there they’re toxic don’t use them, same with vaccinations. They also cause all kinds of problems with our animals and shorten their lives. Animals are no different than a human child, as far not putting toxins into them on purpose. Pls research what you’re putting into their bodies if you want them to be healthy and to live the best life that they can they don’t need a lot of the shots that they promote. They’re making money off of them and your dog is paying the price for it and you of course are paying thousands for all of these products. If you have a dog for quite a while, education is out there get educated.

I lived in a ground floor apartment with a small patio. I spread fresh cedar chips all around the patio. It looked nice and was quite effective in keeping fleas away.

Thank you mam so much for making this vidioe . Me and my lil dog had walked and had entered into a flea infestation a week ago . I had to get my lil dog to the vet . I've spent at least 350 this week . In one week. My lil dog suffered from the flea bombs neaurigucally . I cudda pure cried . Suffered a seaizure .

Homes in thi country do not have carpeting. Maybe Hotels and Guest Houses, but not my home.

Give your pets baths in dawn dish soap and watch the fleas explode! Fleas have a good sense of smell they hate brown vinegar, peppermint, pine sol the original and baking soda but I'm not sure how safe that one is for your furry friends be careful what you use on your furry friends . I had a cat go mad , insane from chemicals in the flea treatments and cat attacked me and I ended up in the hospital for a week from cellulitis so be cautious about what you use please.
